Do I need previous rafting experience?
No experience is required! Each raft is guided by a trained professional, so beginners are more than welcome.

Is there an age limit?
Yes. Participants must be at least 6 years old.

How long is the trip?
The rafting itself lasts about 1 hour and 20 minutes. The full experience—from check-in to return—takes around 2.5 hours, including equipment issue, a short transfer to the river, and your return to the base.

What should I bring?
Bring a swimsuit, towel, and a plastic bag for your wet clothes.

What if it rains?
You're going to get wet anyway! Rain doesn’t affect the fun—we run trips rain or shine. Splash jackets are available on cooler, rainy days.

When is the best time to go rafting?
The season runs from March 15th to October 31st. Each part of the season offers a unique experience.

Is it safe?
Your safety is our top priority. All participants are required to sign a waiver and will receive a safety briefing. Lifejackets and helmets are provided, and our guides are trained to ensure a secure and enjoyable ride.

Are photos available?
Yes! Photos can be taken on request and will be available for viewing and purchase after your trip.

When should I arrive?
Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled trip for check-in and equipment fitting.

How are rafts arranged?
Our rafts hold up to 8 people and are filled as needed.
