Soča Grand Adventure

Kayak or packraft Panorama + rafting Classic – the most complete descent on the Soča River

The Soča Grand Adventure is one of the most complete and engaging outdoor experiences on the Soča River, designed for those who want to enjoy the best river activities in Slovenia in a single day.

A continuous journey combining kayak or packraft on the Panorama section with the famous Classic rafting descent, through some of the most spectacular landscapes of the Julian Alps.

Kayak or packraft on the Panorama section

The activity starts in Čezsoča, near Bovec, along one of the most scenic and accessible sections of the Soča River.

The first part of the descent is done with sit-on-top kayaks or packrafts, stable and intuitive boats suitable even for beginners.

The Panorama section features moderate currents, crystal-clear water and wide alpine scenery, ideal for gaining confidence and enjoying the river without technical difficulty.

Break on the river

Around the Boka waterfall area or near Srpenica I, depending on water levels and group conditions, a break is planned on a natural riverside beach.

A moment to relax, have a snack and prepare for the second part of the adventure.

Rafting Classic to Trnovo ob Soči

After the break, the experience continues in rafts along the Classic section, one of the most enjoyable parts of the Soča River.

Here the river becomes more dynamic, with fun rapids alternating with calmer sections.

Rafting takes place with a guide on board the raft, ensuring safety and maximum enjoyment.

The descent ends in Trnovo ob Soči, directly at the Alpin Action base.
