Classic Descent

From Boka Waterfall to Srpenica 2

The Classic Soča River Descent

This is our most popular route—and for good reason. Starting just below the magnificent Boka Waterfall, the tallest in Slovenia at 106 meters, this descent offers the perfect mix of natural beauty and river adventure. Located near the village of Žaga, the starting point feels like the beginning of a true wilderness journey.

The first section of the river is calm and gentle, giving you the perfect opportunity to get comfortable with your gear and learn the basic paddling techniques. As the descent continues, the pace picks up with a fun series of easy to moderate rapids, offering excitement without being overwhelming.

The trip ends at Srpenica 2, after 10 unforgettable kilometers of turquoise water, mountain views, and pure Soča magic.
